Delete My Account & Data
You can request deletion of your MatchmakerAI account and all data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Request Deletion by Email
Send a deletion request to fokum8@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We verify the request comes from the account owner and process it within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- Your profile information (name, date of birth, country, gender, bio)
- Your profile photos
- Your login credentials
- Your support chat message history
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements (for example, records needed to prevent fraud or abuse). Any such data is retained only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Timing
Requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
