Child Safety Standards

MatchmakerAI has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) of any kind. This includes any content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, and any use of the App to contact, groom, or solicit a minor. This policy applies to every account, profile, photo, bio, and message on MatchmakerAI, with no exceptions.

Minimum Age & Age Verification

MatchmakerAI is an adults-only app. Every user must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Date of birth is collected at signup and checked against this minimum age requirement before an account can be created.

Manual Review Before Any Profile Goes Live

No profile is visible to other users automatically. Every new profile — including all submitted photos, the bio, and other profile details — is manually reviewed by our team before it is approved and made visible on the App. Profiles that show any indication of a minor, or that otherwise violate this policy, are rejected and are not published.

What Is Never Allowed

• Any photo, video, or written content that depicts or sexualizes a minor
• Any profile impersonating, or claiming to be, someone under 18
• Any attempt to use the App to contact, groom, meet, or solicit a minor for any purpose
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE content anywhere on the App

Reporting

Any user can report a profile or message directly to us through the in-app support chat, available from the account menu. You can also report suspected CSAE directly to us at fokum8@gmail.com. We review CSAE reports as a priority and do not require you to have an account to submit one.

Enforcement

Any account found to violate this policy is immediately removed from the App. We preserve relevant account and content records where the law requires or permits it, and we cooperate with law enforcement and report apparent CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities as required by applicable law.
